Remediation Plan

The Remediation Plan is the culmination of two years of activities required by the EPA Administrative Order.  The Remediation Plan utilizes the studies and analysis conducted on the sewer system; defines activities required to eliminate sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) and proves a schedule with cost estimates of the projects required to meet the EPA Order deadline of September 28, 2015.

It should be noted that the current project schedule has been significantly condensed from the one included in the Remediation Plan, due to the decision to use SRF loan to fund the projects, which caused a ten month delay in available funding.
